Finally Arrived

So we left our houses at 2:00 PM PST to go to the airport and we arrived at our hotel room in Munich 24 hours later at 12:00 AM GST. Our flight to from London to Munich was first delayed, then cancelled then we were moved to another flight. So we made the most of it while at Heathrow.

Ring-Taxi in the Bag

So a bit of good news arrived in the mail today. A letter from OK Speed Marketing stating that they have finally received my money from the wire transfer and included in the envelope was a voucher for the ride in the Ring-Taxi. So I went ahead and booked a ride with them on May 4th at 3:00 PM. So we'll have to leave early from Berlin to make it to Nurburg in time.

So good things come to people to wait and take chances! :)

Good News / Bad News

Good News:
I was able to finally reserve a BMW Ring Taxi ticket at 1:01 AM this morning.

Bad News:
The site doesn't show any availability on May 4th anymore.

Good News:
I didn't pay for the ticket yet, I get 2 weeks of grace starting today.

Bad News:
If this doesn't work, I don't get to ride the Ring Taxi.

Good News:
If I buy the ticket anyways, I can sell the ticket on eBay to make a small profit.

3/2 = Good news wins!

Good News:
Availability has opened on May 4th. So now I'm happy.

Gelato

I was told to go to "La Scala" in Baden Baden for great Gelato. Needed to write it down somewhere so I wouldn't forget.

Car in Production

So I called the BMW NA office today and asked for "Vehicle Production Status" and gave them my production number. The response was: "You car is in production and scheduled to be completed on April 14th." Hell yes! So now all I have to do pay and pick it up.....which will come soon.
